The rates of services we offer are as follows:
3% commission of the purchase price of the property (not less than 500 EUR), due at signing the preliminary contract;
Research on the property - check for mortgages - 95 EUR
Lawyer's fee - 100 EUR upon signing the preliminary contract, 100 EUR on the completion of the deal;
Registration in Court of a ltd. Company - 575 EUR
Company Registration Fee / National Tax Register, National Companies Register and National Social Security Institute - 85 EUR
Opening a bank current account - 25 EUR
Accounting and book keeping / annual service / - 75 EUR

Accommodation and support fees:
Transport in Sofia, car with English speaking driver - 0.15 EUR per km + 45 EUR per day
Transport in the country, car with English speaking driver - 0.15 EUR per km + 85 EUR per day
Site inspection fee - 15 EUR per site, which will be subtracted in full upon a real estate purchase through our agency within 3 months.

Other expenses:
2% (of the taxable base) property transfer fee is due to the Bulgarian tax authorities
0,1% (of the taxable base) local Сourt fee for registering the notary act
notary fee, approximately 1% of the property price (proportional to the taxable base) according to the chart of the Notary's Fee Tariffs.
