Location : The building is located at the Southwestern part of the real estate, at 5.85 m distance from the street regulation line, at 3m distance from the Northwestern and 5cm from the Southwestern regulation lines.

  Building description : The building has three levels. You may enter the building at level -0.70 through an entrance hall that leads to the living-room group at level +0.00 that includes a living room with a fireplace, a dinning room and a kitchen, designed in a common area. The floor of the dinning room and the kitchen are 80cm elevated. From the living and the dinning rooms you may go right to the yard and the BBQ area. Through another entrance hall you may enter the WC for guests, the sauna and the wet premise at level -0.50cm. Bedroom for guests with a private bathroom and a separate entrance through the yard has been provided. The inner staircase leads to level +2,85, where there are 3 bedrooms, one of them located at +3,60 cm . Each bedroom has a private bathroom with WC and a hanging closet. Two of the bedrooms shall have terraces.

At level +6,40 there is a cabinet , that shall have a private bathroom with WC and a terrace. The basement at level -2,85 includes a steam-boiler premise and a storage premise. At level -3.80cm. the building offers a garage for three cars that can be reached   from the basement through a metal door.

 Construction decision , materials and installations: The building shall be constructed of reinforced-concrete support elements – columns, discs, beams and plates, the outer walls shall be made out of gas-concrete masonry – 30cm, the inner walls – 12.5cm gas-concrete. The roof construction is of tiled reinforced-concrete.

The joinery and the inner doors are made of wood. The basement floor and the outer surface of the walls shall be water proved.

The entrance hall, the dinning room, the kitchen and the dinning room shall be grounded with granite-grease. The sanitary premises shall have tiles, the bedrooms shall be with parquet. The ceilings shall be covered with latex, with the exception of the bathrooms where there is a false ceiling.
