 | | » 20.09.2005 | Prices of new developments in Sofia are going up | | | The statistic results show a rapid growing of interest towards purchase of new developments. Investor.bg writes down that buyers in September 2005 are 30% more than buyers in the first ten days of August 2005 and even 13% more than those during the same period of 2004. Because of a rumor of prices going down, clients are not in a hurry to buy.
At the same time many observers comment that all new projects in the Southern and Eastern regions of the capital city appear at price rates equal or higher than the price rates of the buildings under construction and at second or third plate stages. Investors test the higher levels and there is nothing that can make them yield from them. We work with proved investors that have clear business plans. They have not set a decrease in prices and as a result they cannot afford it. On the other hand they have an ensured finance and may afford themselves to wait.
Influence in this direction is expected also by the increasing prices of the building materials and the 20% increase of the plots’ prices that we have witnessed the last 6 months. | | | | | | » 18.08.2005 | BPG at the Property Investor Show 2005, London | | | Bulgarian Properties Group (BPG) will participate in the forthcoming Property Investor Show that shall take place at the ExCel Exhibition Centre in London's Docklands in England from 23 rd – 25 th September 2005.
