The proposed preliminary design has been developed for a plot in the land of the town of Byala, Varna Region . The plot unites three other plots and adjoins a fourth one. Total area of the three plots is 20407 sq. m. and of the fourth one - 2824 sq. m. They are in the close proximity of the road connecting Varna and Burgas, 58 km from the international airport of Varna and 68 km from that in Burgas. The area boasts of picturesque surroundings with a beautiful oak forest and wonderful panoramic view. It is 3.5 km away from the beach.

 The idea and the concept of the design envisage creating in the forest, away from the noisy resorts, an environment for complete rest and recreation but with maximum level of services to satisfy the need of social contacts, sport and entertainment .

 Several groups of houses with different square area and number of bedrooms, as well as a group of four apartment houses have been developed. A hotel, shopping and entertainment center has been designed as well.

 The building materials to be used shall be in their greatest part produced by leading European companies such as KNAUF, ROC К WOOL, WIENERBERGER, BRAMAK . When handing over the houses, proper certificates on the quality of materials will be produced .

Types A, B, and D are independent semi-detached houses with adjacent plots . Every house will have a garage and maximum conveniences like two types of independent pools with sizes 4 and 8 m and 12 and 6 m, a separate barbecue corner and a wonderful garden with ryegrass and decorative slab stone paving. Every house will have a fireplace in the living-room and on the third floor which will incorporate the solarium.
